Returns & Exchanges – ESPEROS Online Store

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we accept returns for items purchased at our online store for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and is still in the condition that you received it. We offer exchanges and store credits for any return within 30 days.
Please send an email to returns@esperosbags.com and let us know the reason for the return. Subject line for the email should be titled "Call Tag Needed". If you have your order number, please include it in the body of the email.

Once we receive your item we will contact you to confirm receipt and process and ship your credit or exchange within 3-5 business days.

If you purchased an ESPEROS product at one of our retail outlets, please contact the retail store where you purchased the item. Your purchase will be subject to the retail store’s return policy.
